The mission of Noble Characteristics is to profoundly enrich the lives of youth and families by providing essential resources, guidance, and support. We aim to promote leadership by fostering skills, confidence, and opportunities for young individuals to become strong, capable leaders.
Our Founder
Noble Characteristics is led by Triminia Johnson, Founder & CEO – a dedicated teacher and mentor with more than seventeen years of service in K-12 education. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Purdue Global with a B.S. in Human Services, Community Organization & Advocacy, Triminia brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her leadership. Her training in trauma-informed care and her years walking alongside students reflect the heart of the organization: serving young people with knowledge, compassion, and intention.
Her personal motto – “We Aspire to Inspire Before We Expire” – is the spirit that drives Noble Characteristics forward.

Noble Characteristics Inc. President Mr. RaShun Roper is a community-driven leader, real estate professional, and financial educator with a passion for empowering youth, strengthening families, and creating opportunities within underserved communities. With more than 10 years of experience in banking, financial literacy, credit education, and community outreach, Ra’Shun brings a unique blend of leadership, service, and real-world knowledge to the organization.
As President of Noble Characteristics, Ra’Shun is committed to helping advance the organization’s mission of enriching the lives of youth and families through mentorship, character development, leadership, and community engagement.
Known for his people-first mindset and passion for building lasting impact, Ra’Shun focuses on creating meaningful partnerships, expanding community programs, and inspiring individuals to grow in confidence, integrity, and purpose. His leadership is rooted in service, empowerment, and the belief that strong character can transform lives, families, and communities.
In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Ra’Shun is also active in real estate and financial education, where he helps individuals and families build wealth, pursue homeownership, and create generational stability through informed decision-making and community support.
